I like the idea of a series of short sprints. I also like the fixed (stock) setup idea, and using the lower powered cars. Not too sure about the UF1 at Kyoto as its too easy to get left behind if you make one single error, which makes the rest of the race dull as dishwater.

Lynce is actually working on a new Fern Bay texture upgrade at the moment. So far it looks outstanding, but ill be taking the best parts of it and integrating with my own previous texture pack. There are only a handful of my own textures in the pack, so 99% of credit lies elsewhere!

All down to personal choice in the end eh. I used to play on a 15" monitor and never thought anything of it once I was in the middle of a race. Once youre immersed anything else is just a bonus. Lookin good! Id be tempted to move those monitors towards the wheel a bit if possible just to up the realism a bit I like it when the on screen dash and wheel are the 'right' size comapred to real life. Youd need to drop your FOV down a fair bit to get to that point mind!

Im still alive too! I dont really play LFS during the summer months, too many other outdoor activities to be getting on with, but as the nights draw in ill be dusting off the logitech and getting back into it again
