Database gurus?

Postby thorns » Mon Jan 25, 2010 8:53 pm

I know theres some PC whizzes on here so wondering you can help?

If anyone on here is good at doing databases, could they PM me?
I want to create one and be able to filter it. This needs to be easy to use, so a monkey can use it. I have lots of data in a spread sheet that I want to transfer into it, so I can search through this easily.

PM me if it sounds like something you can do and I can give you more details.

Cheers

Hey,
Yeah was looking at Access, but seems open office have a free one that seems it will do what I want, so will give that a shot I think.

Yep.. I'm probably your best DB guru... Proficient in MySQL.. could create you a web interface or something? Spreadsheets is easy to work with.. just need to export as a CSV and import it directly into your DB engine :)
