Skins you use online are downloaded from lfsworld. If the skin you see in your garage hasnt been uploaded to lfsworld then usually youll see the message 'skin not found' when you go online. In your case there is obviously another skin which has been uploaded which has exactly the same name as yours, and hence is the one that other players will see when racing you online.
