Not only my first XRG skin but my first attempt at replicating a real drift car, Mad Mike's RX8: http://www.drift.fr/blog/wp-content/gal ... -drift.jpg.

Would've possibly worked better on another car model but I've been using the XRG a lot lately without any custom skins so I felt inclined to do something driftish up for the XRG.

i know/have talked to mike about trying out my simulator when it was finished.
was keen as a bean at the time. but this was before he got sponsored by nfs
but id dout little has changed... as to him to having a simular opion as my self
to arcade titles.

Yeah i love energy drink skins too. Any chance of a monster skin? I have seen the rally monster skin and also a really basic monster skin, though I didnt really like it.

yeah for sure, was leaning towards a monster skin as my next project.. I'll start tonight.

your very good at this, how long have you been doing it for/using photoshop?

Cheers, I finished it off and posted it up in a new thread. I think I did quite well just I don't overly like the look of it let alone the actual car.. hopefully some people get some enjoyment out of it though ;D

Been using photoshop for about 7 years, started by making bike skins for Motocross Madness 2 back in the day and just sort of went from there towards graphic/web design (not for profit).

I've only been playing LFS for about 3 months and skinning it the same amount of time.

Aw k cool. Yeah ive been playing lfs for must be bout a year and a half now. Been skinning for maybe a year, though im not so creative so I kinda just make replicas of real cars, done a few v8 supercar ones which I really like, and have made 2 or 3 of my own. I saw someone using ur white red bull skin today haha. Quite the coincidence =D
